Career Manager is a service ecosystem designed to reduce the friction of modern job searching. Rather than functioning as a standalone application, it connects multiple tools, including job boards, AI workflows, Notion, and automated email digests, into a single AI-powered workflow.

Career Manager runs weekly scans on targeted companies to discover job opportunities, evaluate them against predefined career criteria, organizes opportunities in a centralized workspace, and delivers personalized weekly recommendations, enabling job seekers to focus on strategic career decisions instead of repetitive administrative tasks.

My Role

I designed the end-to-end service architecture, defined the product vision, mapped cross-platform workflows, designed the user experience, and developed the automation strategy connecting AI, job boards, Notion databases, and personalized email notifications.
